Mehrdad Bonakdar can look back on over 30 years of expertise as an entrepreneur and investor. Not only has he successfully built up and sold various companies from scratch, he also has an “excellent nose” for property investments with a focus on Switzerland, Dubai and Mallorca. In July 2023, he sold the property company KENSINGTON Finest Properties International AG, which he took over a few years ago with 3 employees and sold to a consortium of investors in July 2023 with over 90 branches in 5 countries. Today, Mehrdad Bonakdar devotes himself to his own property investments and advising co-investors. Mehrdad Bonakdar also acts as a consultant and advisor to various companies and is also booked as a mentor and coach by selected clients through his company BONAKDAR CUNSULTING.
